YOGA

Regular yoga practice creates mental strength, clarity, and calmness. The practice of yoga improves flexibility and relieves chronic body stiffness and pain. The practice of yoga will help increase body awareness, relieves stress, relaxes the mind, centers your attention, and sharpens concentration. You will consciously connect your body and breathe in cued alignment yoga poses. So many great benefits from just one Yoga class, both mental and physical.

yoga sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. The hand weights add a unique challenge to traditional yoga classes. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.

CORE & GLUTES

This workout will focus specifically on training and tightening all regions of the lower body specifically the gluteus maximus. You will also spend equal time strengthening your total abdominal area. This workout will focus on the abs, glutes and legs using light weights and body resistance. This workout will have your glutes and core on fire!

HIIT

HIIT aka high intensity interval training is exactly what it sounds like. This is a training technique where you give all-out efforts, one hundred percent through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of high intensity training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

CYCLE

Indoor cycling is one of the biggest workout trends all over the world. You will be guided on your stationary bike through intense, 30, 45, and 60-minute cardio workouts that focus on strength, endurance, intervals, high intensity bursts, and active recovery. You will pedal along with motivating beat dropping music timed to your SBB's choreography and interval coaching.
Once you clip in you leave it all on that bike!

BOXING

This is a powerful alternative to cross-training workouts. This workout will have your heart racing, your arms on fire and feeling empowered with every punch, jab, and cross. This empowering exercise often includes boxing gloves (but is not required)— quick exercises that exert lots of force, such as punching and ducking — to maximize calorie burn and increase lean muscle mass. Participants focus on improving speed, mental and physical strength, coordination, and endurance with this combat-based, total-body workout.

TAE BO

This is a total body workout that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches. This type of workout became quite popular in the 1990's. It was developed by practitioner Billy Blanks. Our very own Erin Lensky was mentored and certified by the famed Billy Blanks himself. You will feel energized, empowered and fearless through the body weight movements. Just one class and you will be hooked.

RUN

We are bringing to you one of the newest cardio trends out there! All you need is a tread and a pair of sneakers and you are off to the races. This class will mimic your outdoor hill and interval work in a controlled setting will ultimately help you become a stronger runner. You’ll run your heart out, potentially reaching speeds of nine-plus miles per hour. This is a full body workout where you will start with a warm-up, continuing to sprints and interval work and always ending with a cool-down. No tread no problem, take this class on audio outside.
